May Days

I will be away from the blogging loop for a week. I will be staying with my mother and brother in Russellville while my sister goes on vacation. I have a stack of books but alas, I'll be computerless.

Here are a few garden shots that I took today. This is the first week that we haven't had rain! I hope everyone has a great week!

Have a very good time. You'll miss your garden and it is so pretty. You have many places in your garden to sit and enjoy the blooms. I love it. I almost missed the kitty on the wall. He blends.

To be away from the computer for a week would be good for all of us. Enjoy your books and have lots of conversation with your mother and brother. Your photos are amazing and I love how you show us so much of your garden and not just a close up of one bloom.....like I tend to do.

OMGosh, What a beautiful garden. I love the variegated ivy crawling up the arbor. And of course, the garden kitty is adorable.

Enjoy your time away but please post more photos.

Great shots Phillip! I see Chester is lounging around on the wall. I think it's safe to say he's adopted you two. :-)

Ooh, can I get a close-up of that wonderful blur glazed pot in the first photo? And your orange cat is so sweet! Have a great vacation and I think you'll be fine away from the computer!

Lovely photos, Phillip. I could get lost in your garden. I hope you have a relaxing time with your books and relatives. Sometimes, we need to unplug.

These photos make me want to wander through your garden or like the cat pictured, find a place to sit and relax.

Phillip, how about Randy and I bring some rain by to you on our way to wherever it is the wind blows us on vacation?

I believe I recall last summer when you were all but doing a native raindance to call it to you! NOW, we're getting drenched and you're not! What's up with that? LOL...

See you soon...

Enjoy your vacation!

Your gardens are so heavenly! You have such a knack for placing selecting and placing objects that add to the beauty of the plants and draw the eye to different sections.

Phillip, Hope your week goes good love the pictures and statues. Jimmy and I are going to the concrete man's this afternoon. Hope we can find some new statues for our garden. The rain down here has kept us from doing a whole lot. At least we arent having to water that much. See ya later. Wade

Simply stunning as usual Phillip. This time, instead of gazing at the beautiful flowers, I focused on the hardscape. I love all of the natural materials you've used. It gives the garden such an "old world" feel, one that is a love of mine.~~Dee

Phillip, this is the first time that I see so much of your garden. I am amazed and absolutely charmed. This is the type of the garden that I love, casually elegant I would say. I love all your garden ornaments, statuary, stones, arches, urnes... I couldn't enlarge the pictures, unfortunately, I would check all the details.. Anyway, your garden is gorgeous.
