I like flowers that jump out at you, grab you by the neck, and exclaim "Pay attention to me!" :)

Everyone is posting amazing photos of their lilies this year! I have 'Starfighter' with a similar pedigree. I need to check on it! :-)

My favorite lily. These are beautiful. I have had them in my garden. They seem to wear themselves out here. I have ruined several blouses while sticking my nose into those trumpets to get the full affect of the scent. I used to bring just one inside at a time to float in a bowl to scent the room when we had company. Aahhhh, such fond memories.

Beautiful photo. Stargazer was my first oriental and is still my favorite. Love the blending colors.

Mine haven't started blooming yet.

I grew 'Stargazer' one summer, and it didn't return. It also didn't look as splendid as yours Phillip. I saw some gorgeous lilies when my friends and I went to STL for the daylily regional. These were cream with peach and yellow throats. My friend, Stephen, bought some, and they opened on our drive home. We had the best smelling car in Oklahoma that day.~~Dee

Mine are on their way... about a week or so to go! I can practically smell your lilies from here!

This really is my favorite lily. I'm not a huge lily fan, but for some reason this one grabs me. I think its the coloration - very beautiful!
