St. Michael's Mount - the castle

Here is part 2 of my visit to St. Michael's Mount in Cornwall. After seeing the incredible garden, we headed inside the castle and then up on the roof for the amazing views.

A few of the interiors -

This little chapel was beautiful -

The expansive rooftop encompassed the entire building and the views were incredible -

Another British staple off my list - afternoon tea -

Heading back before the tides -

One last look back -

Oooh, scone with clotted cream & jam? One of the best treats ever! I always love when you get to trek inside during a garden visit, especially inside a castle. The view feels tropical.

That massive (dining?) room with the long table and ceiling beams is stunning. Wow.

How do you like the new blogging platform? It seems like it was a smooth transition (at least from a reader's perspective).

I just basically changed my template. It seems ok on my end. If you notice anything not working correctly, let me know.
