Upcoming Plant Sales

There will be FOUR events in the next few weeks, so mark your calendars and be sure to stop by one (or all!) of them. All proceeds help benefit our local schools. Each of the sales will offer native plants (note that some are not on the Portland Plant List). Please see below for more details about each sale! Garden themed ornaments

Some bloggers are sharing their garden related Christmas ornaments and we have quite a few. This is just a small sampling.





















That last ornament is just one of many that Michael and I cross-stitched many years ago. I think we spent an entire winter doing those ornaments.

    I *thought* Santa was a winter gardener, but I didn't know he had a talent for topiary. Those cross-stitched ornaments are great, Phillip. Sounds like a pleasant way to spend the winter too.

    I'm visiting by way of Carol at Maydreamsgardens' blog. What an incredible collection of garden ornaments! Where do you find them ?

    I was born in Jasper and grew up not far from you in Winfield. I was back home this year and was amazed to see that while there are some beautiful old homes not that many people seem interested in gardening !

    You have an incredible garden and I can see that you've put your heart and soul in it - it shows !

    You've got a great collection, Phillip and it does look festive ~ I have just a few, but one of them is the exact same St Fiacre. Mine hangs up all year on the veranda so maybe it doesn't count as a Christmas ornament here.
