Upcoming Plant Sales
There will be FOUR events in the next few weeks, so mark your calendars and be sure to stop by one (or all!) of them. All proceeds help benefit our local schools. Each of the sales will offer native plants (note that some are not on the Portland Plant List). Please see below for more details about each sale! I love Callicarpa. I've never seen it growing down this way, even though the Sunset Western Garden Book claims there's at least one species adapted to our climate.

ReplyDeleteAny minute now, those florescent berries will be the only thing illuminating that corner of the garden. They are pretty amazing.
The mix of colors in that photo is lovely. The converging line of the slope and the fence make a great frame for the billowy foliage. :)
